Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping to Spain-Portugal
In general, packages are shipped within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment and a link is provided to track your order online.
Shipping costs are FREE for all orders over 50€ sent to Spain (except Balearics, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Island) and Portugal orders.
Shipping costs for orders below 50€ are 3,00€.
Shipping costs for orders to Balearics are 5,00€ or FREE for all orders over 80€.
2. Shipping to Europe
In general, packages are shipped within 4-8 working days after receipt of payment and a link is provided to track your order online.
Shipping costs are FREE for all orders over 200€ sent to the rest of Europe.
Shipping costs for orders below 200€ are:
- 18,00€ - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (except Corsica), Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic an Switzerland.
- 28,00€ - Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania and Sweden.
Any product that has been purchased through www.vulladi.com/shop, which is not to your complete satisfaction, has not been used and keep the original box, it may be returned within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of receipt of order.
The costs for exchanges or returns will be equal to the cost of shipping detailed in the previous section whether or not the shipment has been free.
Procedure for Returns:
1. Log in to your user account and go to the "History and details of my orders". Then enter into the order that contains the product to be returned.
2. In the selected order (section - return merchandise), you must select the product to be returned, indicating the reason for the return and click the button "Make request Return". Then, the return will be confirmed as soon as possible from us.
3. Your application for the return will be received immediately, and after verifying that the return conditions are met, we will accept the request. Then, you can check the status of the return changes from "Pending Confirmation" to "Pending Package". All states associated with returns, will be available in real time entering your user account and clicking on "My Returns".
4. As soon as the status changes to "Waiting Package", proceeds to put the product in its original packaging and close it properly. IMPORTANT: Tell us when it may be well to pass the carrier either through the web or by email and will pick up the product at the date and time that you have indicated.
5. As soon as we receive the product, we will review it and we'll let you know again changing the status to "Received Package", from here, if everything is correct, we will proceed to issue a refund for the value of the returned product less the cost of return. Payment will be made on the account of the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Procedure for Changes:
1. Place a new order with the desired product.
2. To request the return of the product to change following the procedure described above and indicate that the reason for the return is a change.
3. The carrier shall deliver the new order and also pick up the product to return.
4. As soon as we receive the product, if everything is correct, we will proceed to issue a refund for the value of the changed product less the cost of change. Payment will be made on the account of the credit card with which the purchase was made.
